Their meals can be customised to meet individual preferences around macros and dietary requirements / allergies. For example, you can request for more vegetables or protein to be added (whichever you prefer). The menu is also rotational and changes seasonally.
Orders must be made by Tuesday midnight for delivery on the same weekend. If you’re within 36km of Melbourne CBD, the delivery is free. Anywhere beyond this will incur a small delivery fee.
For our order, the food arrived frozen and in a styrofoam box. That said, it didn’t contain any additional cool packs so we wouldn’t recommend leaving the food outside for too long (in case you’re not home for delivery).
Each meal came frozen in plastic takeaway containers with labels showing ingredients, macronutrients and heading instructions. It’s recommended to leave the meals in the fridge overnight to defrost before heating.
